ABOUT
Every garden has a story. This is mine.
My fascination with plants led me to study Plant Science at the University of California, Davis. Although life took me in a different direction, that fascination never disappeared.
I later built a career producing large public events, where I learned the importance of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and creating places that people genuinely enjoy experiencing. Those experiences shaped the way I think about design and how people connect with the spaces around them.
Eventually, I returned to my original passion, completing the RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture, followed by Diplomas in Garden Design and Planting Design from the London College of Garden Design. Returning to horticulture and garden design felt like coming full circle.
Today, I design gardens throughout California and the UK, creating landscapes that respond to their surroundings rather than imposing a signature style. Every project is shaped by its architecture, climate, landscape, and the people who will use it, creating gardens that feel authentic to their setting and become more rewarding over time.
My work has been exhibited at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival and featured on BBC Gardeners' World. I am also a Certified California Native Plant Landscaper, with additional experience in defensible-space design and climate resilience.
Whether designing a private garden, winery, estate, or community landscape, my aim is simple: to create gardens that feel as though they truly belong.
